Before you fall for a floor plan, it’s worth asking who’s actually building it. Here’s Experion as we’d explain it over coffee — where the money comes from, what they’ve finished, and what’s still on the way.
The short version
- CompanyExperion Developers Pvt. Ltd.
- In India since2006
- ParentExperion Holdings, Singapore
- GroupAT Capital Group
- Built or under way≈10.96 million sq. ft.
- Head officeMilestone Experion Centre, Gurugram
Where the money comes from
Experion is entirely funded from abroad. Its parent, Experion Holdings in Singapore, is the property arm of AT Capital Group — a group that also invests in renewable energy, private credit and listed markets across India, Singapore, Dubai and Europe.
Why should you care? Because a lot of Indian projects are built mostly with buyers’ instalments. When sales slow, so does the site. A developer with a parent’s capital behind it is less exposed to that. It’s not a guarantee — nothing in property is — but when you’re paying for a home you won’t live in for a few years, it counts.
What they’ve built in Gurgaon
Gurgaon is where Experion has done most of its work, and the nice thing is you can go and see it. Most of it sits on the Dwarka Expressway near the Delhi border, plus one landmark office on NH-48.

Beyond Gurgaon
Outside Gurgaon there’s Elements and Saatori in Noida, Experion Capital and Experio in Lucknow, and Virsa in Amritsar. Altogether Experion reports about 10.96 million sq. ft. built or under way, with land held in six more states.

Questions people ask us
Is Experion a good builder?
On the evidence you can see for yourself, yes — four finished Gurgaon projects, and funding that doesn’t depend only on buyers. Still, visit what they’ve built and read the filing for anything new.
Who owns Experion?
Experion Holdings in Singapore, the property arm of AT Capital Group.
Where’s their office?
8th Floor, Wing B, Milestone Experion Centre, Sector 15 Part 2, Gurugram.
What we’d still check
A good track record earns a developer a place on your shortlist. It doesn’t earn it a pass on the paperwork. Whatever you buy, read the HARERA registration, check the approved plan and the possession date in the filing, and pay only into the project’s own account. If there’s no RERA number yet, keep your money refundable. We’d say the same about any builder.
