It’s a township of more than 100 acres in Sector 108, right where Gurgaon meets Delhi. You come in through a grand arch gate, Delhi’s green reserve runs alongside, and a 75-metre road heads straight into the capital. Plots run from about 453 to 786 sq m — roughly 4,900 to 8,500 sq. ft. — and some phases have ready villas.
Land has been set aside for a community centre, schools and a nursing home, next to a yoga zone, an amphitheatre and play areas. It was released in RERA-registered phases between 2017 and 2023.
